What are the benefits of Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention on ‘purpose’. When you’re being mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging whether they’re good or bad. By being more present with your thoughts or actions, it puts you in a calm state of mind, which has many proven, positive effects on your physical and mental health.
